Patrick Düblin is an art historian who has been working at Prof. Christophe Girot’s Chair of Landscape Architecture at ETH Zurich since 2016. In his doctoral thesis he examines the practice of the Italian collective of artists and architects Stalker/Osservatorio Nomade, with a focus on education, interdisciplinarity and collective action. His teaching involves strategies of walking and mapping at the intersection of art, urbanism, and landscape. He was a research assistant and curator at the Kunstmuseum Basel and a fellow at the Swiss Institute of Rome. He holds a master’s degree in art history and philosophy from the University of Basel.
