Patrick Düblin is an art historian and has been a research associate in the TheoryLab at Christophe Girot’s Chair of Landscape Architecture at ETH Zürich since 2016. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis on the Italian artist and architect collective Stalker. His research focuses on the intersections between art, urbanism, and landscape, especially concerning walking and its potential for the critical perception of the urban environment. Previously he was a research and curatorial assistant at eikones NCCR Iconic Criticism and the Kunstmuseum Basel. There he co-curated the exhibition Basel Short Stories: From Erasmus to Iris von Roten. He received a Master’s degree in Art History and Philosophy from the University of Basel.
